The housing market in Crow Wing County ended on a high note in 2013. The average sales price of homes in Crow wing Couth rose 4.1 % over the year to $210,895 and the median sales price rose to $156,250. Home sellers are continuing to get more of their asking price month over month. In 2013 sellers received 91.6% of their original asking price.
Not only are homes selling for more, but they are selling faster. The number of days on the market last month compared to January of 2013 dropped by 9.7%. There continues to be a decrease in the number of available homes on the market. The months’ supply of homes was down 13.8 % in 2013.
