If you are a first-time home buyer in or around Crow Wing County you do not want to miss the education class being offered by Home Stretch on September 12th at Central Lakes College in Brainerd. This exciting workshop is designed to take home buyers thru the entire home buying process. Throughout the day you will learn everything you need to know about shopping for your new home, qualify for a mortgage and how your credit impacts it, basic home maintenance and the closing process.
The class will also go into detail about the different government loan options available and will tell you what you need to know about down payments. If you are not able to make it to the class on September 12th it is also available online thru Framework. Many lenders require a homebuyer education class and the certification you receive thru Framework allows you to meet that need.
