Home prices are continuing to rise in Crow Wing County. The median sales price of homes was up 10.5 percent over this time last year to a price of $190,000. The average sales price is also up over last year by 11.0 percent to an average price of $236,686.
There continues to be more home buyers than sellers resulting in sellers getting more of their original asking price. The percent of the original priced received rose to 93.4 percent in June, up 3.0 percent from last year. There continues to be a shortage in the number of homes for sale. The number of inventory homes for sale is down 15.50 percent over last year, and the month supply of homes for sale is down 16.0 percent.
