Candy Hart
A native of Duluth, MN Candy moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area in 1989, ending her career as a paralegal, and commencing a career as a realtor in Crosslake, MN. Candy obtained her Broker’s license in 1994 when she purchased into a locally owned real estate company and continued a successful career at that company throughout the years until she sold her ownership in 2003.
Bringing fifteen years of experience to real estate marketing strategy, coupled with integrity, reliability and knowledge, Candy is a realtor of high energy, who holds the importance of her client’s property close to her heart. As a member of the Up North Properties marketing team, she shares the goal to work together as a team and ensuring a successful purchase or sale through communication and cooperation.
Candy resides in Breezy Point, and when not selling real estate, she can be found snowmobiling, golfing, gardening, biking, boating, hiking, or training her Golden Retriever, but her true love is that of her two Warmblood mares, Maya and Farfalla, who keep her equine knowledge in the sport of Dressage at its highest level.
